Frequently Asked Questions

How soon do I have to place my order?
The sooner, the better! Rentals are based on availability. For Tents and large-scale events you should be thinking of no less than one or two months in advance.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charge is based on zip code, the size of your order and the time in which you place an order. Additional delivery charges may apply on holidays. There may also be additional charges for Inside Delivery, Same Day Delivery and deliveries that involve stairs.
When do you deliver?
We normally make tent deliveries one (1) to three (3) days prior to your function. Please have all orders ready for pick-up the day after your event. If you would like to know a day and time of pick-up, please call the office. Inflatable Rides will be delivered the day of your event.
Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum rental order for delivery is $100 dollars, depending on area and delivery conditions, and is subject to change without notice.
Can you deliver without me being there?
Yes, provided that we can leave equipment in a garage or a covered porch and you have already signed the Contract / Rental Agreement and it is on file at our office. Someone must be home to accept delivery/installation of a tent to ensure proper placement.
What is your cancellation charge?
There is a non-refundable 25% cancellation fee at the time of your reservation and 50% within two weeks of your event. All orders cancelled within 72-hours of day of delivery will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Once your rentals have been delivered to your party location and then you cancel, the full rental would apply.
Do you set up the tables and chairs?
No we do not. If you would like a quote for us to set up tables, chairs, umbrellas, linens or other items, please contact the office for a price quote.
Do I have to wash the linen?
No, just shake them out to remove any debris. They must also be air dried if they are wet. DO NOT put them in the washer or dryer! Linens returned wet will mildew and will be subject to loss of deposit and/or payment to replace damaged linen.
Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware, etc...?
No, but rinsing and /or scraping them free of food and debris is required. Cleaning charges WILL apply if the items are not returned in reasonably sanitary condition.
